All classes will be hosted by Heather Trevarthen, owner of Ellipse Fitness for the past 13 years. As a long-time certified personal and group fitness trainer, she has worked with almost every fitness level, body type, and limitation. She would love to help get you moving well and feeling better!  
 
All classes are open to all fitness levels! Classes are scalable for beginner to novice. Heather will be with you guiding and assisting throughout your workout. 
 
 

Strength & Conditioning Class

2024 sessions:
  • Spring Session 1: Wednesdays, Jan 10-31
  • Spring Session 2: Wednesdays, Feb 7-28
  • Spring Session 3: Wednesdays, Mar 6-20 
  • Spring Session 4: Wednesdays, April 3-24
  • Spring Session 5: Wednesdays, May 1-22

COST: $30 R/$37 NR
AGE:12 years or older

This strength and conditioning program is designed to help individuals of all fitness levels achieve their strength, endurance, and overall fitness goals. This comprehensive program integrates a combination of resistance training, cardiovascular exercises, and targeted workouts to enhance muscular strength, power, flexibility, and cardiovascular health

Class is open to all fitness levels! This class is scalable for beginner to novice. A personal trainer will be with you guiding and assisting throughout your workout.

Equipment Needed:
Please bring a mat/towel/blanket for any floor work, fitness clothes/shoes, and water.
 
 

Metabolic Strength Fitness Class

2024 sessions:
  • Spring Session 1: Mondays, January 8-29
  • Spring Session 2: Mondays, February 5-26
  • Spring Session 3: Mondays, March 4-18
  • Spring Session 4: Mondays, April 1-22
  • Spring Session 5: Mondays, April 29 - May 20

COST: $30 R/$37 NR (Session 4 Rate $22.50R/$27.75 NR)

Join us & ellipse fitness for metabolic strength training as we aim to move better, get stronger and be healthier with workouts designed to target the entire body. Every week will host a different look and feel to keep it interesting! We'll start with a dynamic warm up and them jump into things including exercises to get you stronger, your heart pumping, and of course fun and laughs along the way. We'll be breaking out the agility ladders, jam balls and more!
