The below activities have been chosen to help us stay active during this time of quarantine. Activities include fitness videos and resources, stretching guides, and activities designed to get everyone up and moving. Enjoy!!!

- The Village of Allouez is bordered to the East (East River) and West (Fox River) get out an enjoy them.
- Lily Lake County Park
- Explore this 40 acre lake. The calm waters are perfect for a peaceful kayaking or canoeing trip.
- Take a walk
- Take a walk by yourself or with your household family to take a break from electronics and/or your home.

- Use sidewalks whenever possible.
- Walk against the flow of traffic.
- Keep alert when on walking.
- Use crosswalks whenever possible.
- Be visible, bright clothing during the day and reflective materials and/or flashlight at night.

- Pick-up litter on your walk to help beautify your neighborhood.
- Take pictures of Allouez sites as you walk.

- Take part in a nature scavenger hunt
- Explore Parks
- Green Isle Park: Contains a walking loop around the park along the east river.
- Heritage Hill State Park: Open from 10am-3pm to walk the grounds.
- Bay Shore County Park
- Hike the 1.5 miles of trails that follow the ledge of the Niagara escarpment (a geologic formation created 400 million years ago by an ancient sea.)
- Fonferek's Glen County Park
- Explore the 74 acre park that features a 30 ft waterfall, dolomite cliffs and stone archway.
